Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Before Move-In:

    • If you need to cancel your booking before moving in, please inform us at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund of the security deposit.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the move-in date will result in a deduction of 50% of the security deposit.
  2. Cancellation After Move-In:

    • If you wish to move out after staying, a 15-day notice period is required. The notice should be given in writing to the management.
    • If the notice period is not provided, one month’s rent will be charged as a penalty.
    • The security deposit will be refunded after deducting any pending dues, damages, or unpaid rent.
  3. Security Deposit Refund:

    • The security deposit will be processed within 7-10 working days after your move-out date, provided that there are no damages or unpaid dues.
    • Any deductions for damages or unpaid rent will be communicated to you before the final settlement.
  4. Early Termination of Contract:

    • In case of early termination of the stay before the minimum stay period (one month), the security deposit will not be refunded.
    • Special cases may be considered at the management’s discretion, such as medical emergencies or family reasons.
  5. Refund Process:

    • All refunds will be processed through bank transfer or the original payment method.
    • Please ensure to provide the correct bank details for a smooth refund process.
  6. Exceptional Circumstances:

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters or government regulations requiring sudden closure, the management will consider partial refunds or adjusted cancellation terms on a case-by-case basis.
