Terms of Services

  • Rent and Payment:

    • Rent must be paid by the 5th of every month. A late fee will be applicable if payment is delayed beyond the due date.
    • Payment can be made through bank transfer, UPI, or cash. A receipt will be provided upon request.
  • Security Deposit:

    • A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit covers any damages or unpaid dues during the stay.
    • The deposit will be refunded within 7-10 working days after the move-out date, subject to deductions for damages or unpaid rent.
  • Minimum Stay Requirement:

    • The minimum stay period is one month. If a resident chooses to vacate before the minimum period, the security deposit will not be refunded.
  • Notice Period:

    • A 15-day written notice is required for moving out. Failure to provide this notice will result in a deduction of one month’s rent from the security deposit.
  • Maintenance and Repairs:

    • Any maintenance issues or repairs should be reported to the management promptly.
    • Residents are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their rooms and shared areas. Any damage caused by negligence will be charged to the resident.
  • House Rules:

    • No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
    • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
    • Visitors are allowed only during designated visiting hours and must register at the entrance. Overnight stays by guests are not permitted.
  • Room Sharing and Transfers:

    • Room sharing is allowed only with registered roommates as per the occupancy chosen.
    • Room transfers are subject to availability and management approval.
  • Liability:

    • The PG management is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Residents are advised to secure their valuables.
    • Residents must carry their own insurance for personal belongings if required.
  • Termination of Stay:

    • The management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any resident who violates the terms of services or house rules, without a refund of the security deposit.
    • Immediate termination may occur in cases of illegal activities or misconduct.
  • Amendment of Terms:

    • The management reserves the right to amend or update these terms of services as needed. Residents will be informed of any changes in advance.
  • Health and Safety:

    • Residents are required to follow health and safety guidelines as advised by the management, including maintaining cleanliness and reporting any health issues.
    • The management is committed to providing a safe and hygienic living environment.
  • Dispute Resolution:

    • Any disputes or grievances should be reported to the management in writing. We aim to resolve any issues amicably and fairly.
